Richard is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. Equipped with a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Richard has 5 years of experience in the IT sector working for industry leading companies such as IBM and Lenovo. Often described as a “man of action,” Richard has always pursued his dreams and conquered challenges with an enthusiastic and strategic “full steam ahead” attitude. Richard is President and CEO of Lionheart Regency Investments, LLC a real estate investing and property management company based in Durham, NC. He is also the Director of Corporate Affairs for XMG Internet Marketing Group, LLC (XMG) which provides premier web development and IT services nationally. XMG is based out of Greensboro, NC.

 

Richard is involved in a number of volunteer and service based organizations in several capacities. An active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (ΑΦΑ) and past Assistant District Director of the Association of North Carolina Alphamen (ANCA), he has chaired a number of committees and spearheaded initiatives for that organization. Currently, he serves on the College Life to Corporate Life initiative and the College Brother Affairs Commission for ANCA and the Southern Region of ΑΦΑ. For Lenovo, he has tackled the role of Social Committee Chairperson for the New Hire Group, which consists of all employees with less than 5 years tenure. Richard is also an active member of Building Lives Christian Center in Greensboro, NC. The key to Richard’s success is his belief in the old adage “to whom much is given much is required,” a responsibility he takes very seriously.

 

Future plans for this up-and-coming mover and shaker include earning a MBA from an esteemed business school while participating in an international study abroad program. Richard is always pressing towards growth in all of his professional and personal endeavors. He has called Cary, NC his home for the past 8 years.
